1. Parts Warranty 60 days.
2. Service Warranty 30 days.
3. PCB Service Warranty 60 days
4. Visiting charges will be valid for 10 days from the date of complete job.
5. Company is not responsible for the loss of original Invoice.
6. When the product is not serviceable after being inspected by our engineer, the visiting charges are paid by the customer. If the heater is serviced within a month, the visiting charge will be adjusted from the service charge. The service charge will differ from product to product.
7. Please show the guarantee document like bill & guarantee card to the engineer if the product is under guarantee . Otherwise, Service / Visiting charges + spare costs are applicable.
